How to make an appointment.

We schedule the Google Office Hour appointments with Appointment Slots in Google Calendar.

To schedule an appointment, please click a link below for the office location you would like to attend.

• Ann Arbor Office Hours are weekly on Thursdays.
• Detroit Office Hours are monthly on the second Thursday of the month.

Once you click on the link below for Ann Arbor or Detroit, you will be taken to a Google Calendar. Go to the next available appointment time and click on the grey box to schedule your appointment.

UPDATE 3/30:

As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Google is taking company wide precautions to protect the health of Googlers and visitors.

For the time being, all Community Office Hours will be virtually via Google Hangouts. The meeting link and conference phone number will be contained in the calendar invite. For information regarding how to join a Google Hangouts conference, please see here.
